Refund policy

At PawRide, your satisfaction is our priority. 
If you are not completely happy with your 
purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused and 
in its original condition.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we 
will notify you by email. If approved, your 
refund will be processed within 5-7 business 
days back to your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, 
please contact us immediately at 
support@getpawride.com with a photo of the 
item and we will make it right at no cost to you.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that show signs of use or damage 
caused by the customer
