If you are not completely happy with yourÂ
purchase, we're here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused andÂ
in its original condition.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, weÂ
will notify you by email. If approved, yourÂ
refund will be processed within 5-7 businessÂ
days back to your original payment method.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item,Â
please contact us immediately atÂ
support@getpawride.com with a photo of theÂ
item and we will make it right at no cost to you.
